Chief Executive Officer of KORE Women

Dr. Summer Watson has 30 years of experience in human services, mental health, and program development. She specializes in creating environments that foster community and innovation. Her journey includes leadership roles from a young age to the present day, such as serving as school president, directing community-wide collaborations, and supporting military veterans through various board positions with military organizations. Additionally, she has held directorial roles with multiple hospital units, enhancing operational effectiveness and patient care. As the owner of KORE Women, she leverages this expertise to help companies develop cross-generational mentorship and leadership programs that cultivate cohesive and sustainable workplace communities.

Dr. Watson is passionate about enhancing employee engagement, boosting productivity, and ensuring every voice is heard. Her innovative approach bridges generational gaps, empowering leadership initiatives and driving success. Jen Fontanilla

Chief Marketing and Programs Officer consultant

Jen Fontanilla is a Certified Money Coach (CMC)®, TEDx and international speaker, and bestselling author of seven books. She has created packaging and displays for companies such The Walt Disney Company, Sony Studios, and Target. As a financial advisor she helped clients such as Goodwill, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and the U.S. Air Force ROTC improve their financial literacy and money mindset. Jen has also worked with clients in the legal, financial and medical fields helping them with their branding and marketing strategies. With KORE Mentorship Solutions, Jen is responsible for helping with structuring our programs, communications and marketing.

Chasity Douyon

COMMUNICATIONS AND RECRUITING SPECIALIST Consultant

Chasity Douyon has over 2 years of experience in community based mental health, 4 years of career coaching experience, and over 3 years of recruiting experience. She is currently the Operations Hiring Associate at Sports Info Solutions where she helps to oversee recruiting/hiring across all sports (baseball, basketball, and football). She currently holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Spring Hill College, a Masters in Counseling Psychology from the University of West Alabama, and a Masters in Communication Studies with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from the University of Alabama. 

Sarah Kulpa

Community and Program Development Consultant

With a passion for making people’s lives healthier and happier, Sarah combines her startup experience and Psychology degree from UCLA to support the KMS community of contracted Facilitators with the goal to set them up for success. She specializes in creating supportive, engaging spaces where teams can connect, grow, and excel in delivering transformative programs that drive meaningful impact for end-users.
